ABOUT OUR SANDWICHES
We at New York Richie's offer you a variety of eating choices with ingredients that make our food unique. We use only high-quality Boar's Head meats
and cheeses on our subs and add our very own homemade Northern Italian sauce to our Meatball, Chicken Cutlet, and Eggplant Parm. If any one of these
sandwiches doesn't change your attitude, I'll fly my mother out here and she'll change it for you. So relax a little! Take a load off and enjoy life!

Peppermill turkey and Boar's Head ham, Provolone or Swiss chees, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. Your choice of mustard, mayo, or oil and vinegar. $7.95

Thinly-sliced top choice beef or chicken with onions, your choice of provolone or white American cheese. If you're really adventurous (or from Philly or New York) top it off with mushrooms or roasted sweet peppers. One of New York Richie's favorites, and guaranteed to bring you back again and again and again. $7.95

Simple, but soooo satisfying is the only way to describe this Sicilian Delight. Sweet sausage with peppers and onions, a favorite of Bruno Bonafaccio (You don't wanna know who he is because he doesn't want you to know. So don't ask!). $7.95

Sliced thin with Swiss cheese, your choice of hot or mild mustard, and sliced dill half-sour pickles. Pucker up! $7.95

Meatballs so huge they could be mistaken for cue balls! The sauce is homemade with fresh tomatoes, and the recipe comes straight from my mother's head (being Italian, she never wrote anything down). We add mozzarella cheese, pop it in the oven, and top it off with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Mama Mia! That's-a-big-a-meatball! $7.95

You gotta be in good shape to make this sandwich. First we take a fresh chicken breast and pound it to perfection for at least 10 seconds. Then we roll it in fresh Italian breadcrumbs and throw it into a frying pan with light Italian olive oil until it says uncle. We then bake the heck out of it in the oven with our two favorite cheeses: mozzarella and parmesan. Out comes a Chicken Cutlet to die for. $7.95

Prepared the same way as our Chicken Cutlet, but we add mayo, lettuce, tomato, and fried onions to give a little something extra that'll spark your taste buds. $7.95
A Northwest favorite. No kidding! You've never tasted eggplant like this before. Even the kids love it. Prepared the same way as our Chicken Cutlet, but without the pounding, rolling, and throwing. Come celebrate National Eggplant week with us (52 weeks a year). Get outta here!$7.95

The flavors and aromas alone will cause you to make OOOH and AAAH sounds. Thinly-sliced lean pork is prepared to perfection on our hot grill. When it's fully cooked, we place it inside hot Italian garlic bread, smother it with Italian fried onions, and add a homemade honey mustard sauce. But wait, there's more! The piece de resistance is the addition of mozzarella cheese melted throughout the sandwich. C'mon now, tell me that doesn't sound great! $7.95

Definitely a mouthful! Ham, Genoa, Prosciutto, Coppa, Sopressala, Pepperoni, Provolone, White American, Pepperoncinis, sweet peppers, onions, with a seasoned oil and vinegar dressing. $7.95

Don't let anybody fool ya -- The best pizza in the world is in New York. Frankly, the difference is the water. Now we wish we - I mean you - could
afford to bring in New york water to make our dough, but that's not gonna happen in my lifetime. So the next best thing we can do is use the local water (which aint bad)
and combine it with the finest ingredients. Besides, if you never been to New York you won't know the difference anyway! Just take our word for it; New York Richie's is some of the best pizza you'll ever eat.
The sauce is sweet, just like my mother, and the cheeses are simply fantastic! If you don't like it, I have cousins in New York who handle complaints! Enjoy!
